1. Shipping Areas

Smart Xpress Courier provides shipping services from overseas locations to Guyana. We do not currently offer domestic shipping within Guyana.

2. Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on the origin and destination. Typical delivery times range from 2-6 weeks. These are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Package Requirements

All packages must be properly packaged and labeled. You are responsible for ensuring that all items comply with import regulations. Prohibited items include hazardous materials, illegal goods, and items restricted by Guyana customs.

4. Customs and Duties

Recipients are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by Guyana authorities. We will assist with customs documentation but are not responsible for customs delays or additional charges.

5. Tracking

All shipments include tracking. You can monitor your package status through your account on our website. Updates are provided at key milestones including receipt, processing, customs clearance, and delivery.

6. Delivery

Packages are delivered to the warehouse address you provided. You will be notified when your package is ready for pickup. We do not offer door-to-door delivery at this time.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address, refusal, or other reasons, we will attempt to contact you. Unclaimed packages may be returned to sender or disposed of after a reasonable period.

8. Insurance

Basic insurance is included with shipping. Additional insurance may be purchased for high-value items. Claims for lost or damaged packages must be filed within 30 days of expected delivery.
